(2)Main structure and function:
1. Main longitudinal girder
Consist of several independent section girder, upper the girder there is a track for trolley with hoist to transporting girder longitudinally, underpart of the girder is landing leg
2. Trolley with hoist
Consist of trolley frame, winch, pulley block and wheel box
3. Connection framework
Connect two main longitudinal girders together with bolts and pins
4. Landing leg
Consists of leg bracket, outer sleeve, inner sleeve, hydro-cylinder, pin, wheelbox twisted seat and travelling wheel box
5. Lateral movement track
Take u-steel and steel plate or joist steel as foundation, on the surface of which the steel rail is laid as a track
6. Boundary girder pylons
Consist of hammock and slings for lifting loads,be used to erect boundary girder
7. Hydraulic system
Consist of hydraulic unit, multiple directional control valve, hydro-cylinder and oil-way, be mainly used to jack the machine
8. Electrical system
Be made up of motor, control cabinet and so on.
Trolley with hoist and main longitudinal girder are controlled respectively by their own control cabinet.
